Questions agencies ask
Is this a new CRM?
No. OliviaFlow focuses on one job, making sure buyers who already contacted you get the right follow-up. It works next to the CRM and portals you already use.
Does it send messages automatically?
No. A person approves every message and presses send. Later, agencies will be able to let rules prepare drafts on their own, but sending stays in your hands until you decide otherwise.
Will it work with our WhatsApp number?
The connection we're building uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform and is designed to keep your current WhatsApp Business app working on the same number. It is not live yet.
What happens to our clients' data?
We only use the conversations needed for follow-up, record permission and opt-outs, and you can export or delete your data. Public demos use example data only.
How much does it cost?
The first pilots are paid and last 14 days. We're setting the price together with the first agencies, so ask us and we'll tell you where it stands.
